Returns Policy
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Many of our products are custom-made or specially ordered.
If your item is faulty or defective, contact us immediately via email, and we will resolve the issue in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Non-fault returns are at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible for custom or specially ordered items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Lighting Parts and Components
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and measurements. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct parts are ordered and that all electrical work is completed by a qualified professional.
- Electrical wiring must comply with NZ standards and should generally be performed by a licensed electrician or a competent individual.
- Any advice provided on this site is for purchasing guidance only.
- Please refer to our Lighting Notes for general information, as we cannot provide wiring or assembly advice.
Product Photos and Descriptions
While we aim for accuracy in photos and sizing, variations in color may occur due to photography limitations and screen settings. All dimensions are approximate and based on the information available to us.

It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all parts and light fittings are suitable for their intended purpose.
Consider factors like:
- Ceiling height and fitting size.
- The number of light bulbs required.
- Compatibility with your home’s wiring (e.g., some older homes may only have 2-core wiring, limiting product options).
Delivery Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services but will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible. If your order has not arrived within:
- 1–3 business days for urban deliveries, or
- 3–5 business days for rural deliveries,
please contact us, and we’ll track it for you.
